Join us Saturday, August 16th, from 10 AM to 1 PM at The Yard in Mill Valley for a day packed with fitness, community, and fun. 

Start the day strong with a pre-event trail run, then jump into a HYROX-inspired competition open to members, trainers, and clients from both locations. After the action, unwind in our Recovery Zone featuring sauna, cold plunge, and more. We'll keep you fueled with local eats, refreshing drinks, coffee, and treats to keep the good vibes going.
