EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques; a.k.a. meridian tapping) is a powerful, scientifically proven way to reduce stress and calm the nervous system. It has been shown to be highly effective at eliminating anxiety and worry, improving mood and sleep, reducing the symptoms of a variety of mental health issues, and enhancing focus and performance. Rooted in over 5000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine, EFT involves gently tapping on acupuncture points while thinking about stressors, which deactivates the fight-flight-freeze stress response.
