We’ll teach you all the steps, from mix to baking. Particpants will customize their focaccia with a selection of toppings. You’ll bake your focaccia in our famous wood fire oven, Elvira. Participants will go home with a piece of freshly baked focaccia, their sourdough starter, and a recipe.
