Focaccia’s for you! Love that episode of Samin poking her fingers into bread dough? Us too! Focaccia is for you! Don’t relate to any of this? Come anyway! Focaccia is still for you! We’ll teach you all the steps, from mix to baking. Particpants will customize their focaccia with a selection of toppings. You’ll bake your focaccia in our famous wood fire oven, Elvira. Participants will go home with a piece of freshly baked focaccia, their sourdough starter, and a recipe.
