Description

The holiday season is often marked by expressions of joy, excitement, and happiness. However, this period of celebration can often overshadow the pain, hurt and loneliness that many experience during this time of year. As an act of care for our community, Mt. Tam Church will be hosting a Service for the Longest Night of the Year on December 21st at 6:30pm in our sanctuary. During this gathering, we will make space for and give voice to the elements of our lives and world which weigh heavy on our hearts. This service is open to people of all faith traditions and will feature music, candles, poetry, and readings from sacred texts.
