This is a 90-minute journey in three parts: settling in, guided intuitive art, and integration. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, grounding you into your body, releasing stress and slowing down. 

Then, as Sound Garden’s healing frequencies move through the studio, you’ll be guided into intuitive art—a meditative drawing practice that uses flowing lines to support relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional release. This intuitive drawing practice allows your hand to move in response to sound, sensation, and feeling rather than expectation or outcome. There is no goal to “make something right”, instead, the emphasis is on presence, awareness, and allowing what arises to take form on the page. No experience necessary. Come exactly as you are.
