For nearly 20 years I have worked with teens and adults in a variety of settings (wilderness therapy, boarding high school, outdoor leadership programs, community mental health and trauma clinics, college counseling etc.) to help them navigate challenges and build more meaningful relationships in their lives. I am trained as a generalist, meaning I am comfortable working with a wide array of mental health challenges.
