Have you always wanted to try your hand at making your own loaf of sourdough? Or maybe you’ve been experimenting at home, but want some tips? In this class we’ll walk you through the various steps from feeding your starter through baking your loaf in a home oven. You’ll head home with your own loaf to bake, a proofing basket, and a starter so you can keep baking at home. Classes are offered from 4:30 to 6:30. Please note that this purchase is non-refundable.
