Sausalito Rotary Senior Housing Wine Tasting and Community Event - November 6th 5-7pm

Sausalito Rotary Senior Housing is hosting a wine tasting fundraiser called 'Lift the House' on November 6th at the Bay Model, Sausalito. Wineries include: Nickel wineries, Silver Trident, Clos Du Val, 37 Wines, and Deerfield Ranch wineries. We have 5 wineries pouring, local artist Jim Sumner displaying and selling art, live music, as well as various food bites from 5-7pm, all proceeds will be to benefit the Lift the House campaign. Rotary Senior housing built and maintains 22 subsidized housing units in Sausalito which are in dire need of $800k in repairs. They were built in the 90's and have plumbing, heating, and maintenance repairs which have many residents displaced and living in hotels during the repair process, which has already begun and is more than 50% complete. The wine tasting event will help to achieve our capital needs goals and its a great event to try exceptional wines, appreciate art from local artist George Sumner, hear local music and gain more exposure for all things that Rotary does in our community.
