DESCRIPTION:This class is meant for all levels and will explore art journaling with a variety of materials. As a play based class\, we'll drop into the joy of making a mark just to make it\, and take the outcome out of the process. Charcoal\, pastel crayons\, ink\, Posca pens\, watercolors\, pencils\, and collage materials will all be accessible as starting points to a practice. At the beginning of the class\, there will be a materials demonstration and a journaling prompt for students who may want to start with writing first. Towards the end of class\, we'll have a brief reflection on the process.
